Cynthia
Voelker, M.D., F.A.A.P. graduated from Dominican College in New Orleans where she received
a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology. Upon graduating from
LSU Medical School she entered pediatric residency at the University
of Mississippi Childrens Hospital in Jackson. After a year as
chief resident at Childrens Hospital, Dr. Voelker became an assistant
professor in the Department of Pediatrics for Pediatric Emergency
Medicine and Critical Care. Her family moved to the north shore
in 1994, and at that time she entered private practice. Dr. Voelker is the mother of two and resides in Mandeville, La.
